? How does a request become a feature?

The whole feedback loop, mapped on one page

Most teams have a tool for tickets, a spreadsheet for requests and a slide for the roadmap. Curioursdotcom connects the five steps so nothing gets lost between them.

1

Collect

Feedback from widgets, tickets, calls, reviews and email lands in one inbox.

2

Group

AI clusters it into themes with counts and real quotes. You review every one.

? What's inside the notebook?

Five questions every product team asks. Five answers.

Each spread below is one question your team asks every week, with the part of Curioursdotcom that answers it taped in.

512 of Taskly's notes came from the widget alone.
? Where is feedback hiding?

One inbox for every request, linked to the person who sent it

Requests are scattered across support tickets, sales notes, review sites and the odd Slack thread. The Feedback Inbox pulls them into one place and keeps the customer attached.

  • In-app widget for web and mobile, so users can send ideas without leaving your product.
  • Support and sales from Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot and email forwarding.
  • App reviews from the App Store and Google Play, imported daily.
  • Customer context plan, company and account value on every note.

Users wrote "repeat", "recurring" and "every Monday". One theme.
? What's the pattern?

AI finds the themes. Your product team has the final say.

AI Theme Finder reads every note and groups similar requests, even when users describe the same need in completely different words. Each theme shows a count and real examples.

  • Themes with evidence each one shows user counts, paying accounts and quoted examples.
  • Merge, split, rename so themes match how your team talks about the product.
  • New notes sorted daily into the themes you've already approved.
  • Nothing auto-decided the AI suggests, a person approves.

? What do users want most?

Let users vote, comment and follow the ideas they care about

A voting board gives users a place to add their voice instead of filing the same ticket again. Votes from the board flow straight into the matching theme.

  • Public or private boards open to everyone, logged-in users or specific accounts.
  • Anonymous voting if you choose. Emails are never shown publicly.
  • Duplicate detection suggests an existing idea before a new one is posted.
  • Status labels so users can see what's open, under review or planned.

? What are we building?

An honest roadmap, and release notes that reach everyone who asked

Move themes into Now, Next and Later. Share the board publicly or keep it internal. When a feature ships, the Changelog emails every user who requested or voted for it.

  • Now, Next, Later with no fake dates. Add target quarters only if you want to.
  • Evidence on each card votes, users, revenue and linked Jira issues.
  • Automatic notifications to requesters and voters on release day.
  • In-app and email changelog widget plus a hosted public page.

? Why do they want it?

Hear the reason behind the request, and see what it's worth

Link interview notes and recordings to themes, so the story sits next to the numbers. Impact Reports show which themes affect the most customers and the most revenue.

  • Interview notes and recordings captured only with the user's consent.
  • Highlights tagged to themes so quotes appear on the roadmap card.
  • Revenue from your CRM to rank themes by account value, not just volume.
  • Segment views by plan, region, industry or customer size.

? How long until we see something?

From sign-up to your first themes in a day

No migration project and no consultants. Setup is a script tag, a few connections and a CSV of past feedback if you have one.

First 10 minutes

Create your board

Name your product, invite your product team and pick which sources to connect.

First hour

Connect sources

Install the widget with one script tag and connect Intercom, Zendesk or email forwarding.

Day one

See first themes

Import past feedback and the AI Theme Finder suggests themes for you to review.

Week one

Open the board

Publish a voting board and roadmap, and send your first changelog when something ships.

? Can our users trust this?

Responsible AI, written in plain words

Feedback is personal. People tell you what frustrates them and what they need to do their job. We built Curioursdotcom so that trust is kept at every step, from the widget to the release note.

Single sign-on, audit logs and data export are available on the Expedition plan.

People decide the roadmap

AI groups feedback and suggests themes. Product teams review every theme and make every decision.

Voter emails stay private

Users can vote and comment publicly or privately. Their email addresses are never shown on a public board.

Recordings need consent

Interview recordings are stored only with the user's consent and are visible only to your product team.

Your data stays yours

Feedback is encrypted in transit and at rest. It is never sold and never used to train models for other customers.

? Questions in the margins

What product teams ask us first

Does the AI decide our roadmap?

No. The AI groups feedback into themes and shows the evidence. Your product team reviews every theme and makes every roadmap decision.

Can we keep the roadmap private?

Yes. Each board and roadmap can be public, limited to logged-in users, limited to specific customer accounts, or internal only.

Does it connect to Intercom, Zendesk, Slack and Jira?

Yes. Feedback comes in from Intercom, Zendesk and email. Slack gets alerts for new themes, and roadmap cards link to Jira issues with status sync.

Can users vote anonymously?

You choose. Boards can allow anonymous votes, require a login, or use single sign-on from your own product so votes are tied to real accounts.

Do users really get notified?

Yes, automatically. When you mark a roadmap item as shipped and publish the changelog entry, everyone who requested or voted for it gets an email.

How long does setup take?

Most product teams connect their first source and see themes on day one. The widget is a single script tag, and past feedback can be imported from CSV.

Our users keep asking for recurring tasks.
Let's find out how many, and ship it.

Open a free notebook, connect one feedback source and see your first themes the same day. Pocket is free for one product board and up to 500 feedback items.
