Before you pick a notebook
What is a product team?
A product team is one group that plans one product, with its own boards, roadmap and changelog. Invite as many people to that team as you need on Field and Expedition.
Do our users count as seats?
No. Customers who send feedback, vote or read the changelog are never charged. You pay per product team, not per voter.
What happens when Pocket reaches 500 items?
Nothing is deleted. New feedback is held until you archive older items or move to Field.
Can we try Field or Expedition first?
Yes. Both include a 14-day trial with every feature switched on. No card is needed to start.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the difference is charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Which currency do you bill in?
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where they apply.
