? What can it do?

Everything in Feature Voting

Public boards

A hosted board on your own domain, styled with your logo and colours, open to everyone.

Private boards

Limit a board to logged-in users, specific customer accounts or your beta group.

Single sign-on from your app

Users vote with the account they already have in your product, so every vote is tied to a real customer.

Duplicate detection

While a user types a new idea, similar ideas are suggested so they vote instead of posting again.

Comments and replies

Users explain their use case. Your team replies on the board with an official badge.

Status labels

Open, under review, planned, in progress and shipped. Voters are emailed when the status changes.

? How does it work?

Four steps, start to finish

Create a board

Pick a name, choose public or private and add your logo and domain.

Invite users

Link from your widget, help centre and emails, or embed the board in your app.

Users vote and comment

Ideas are ranked by votes, with the voter's account and plan visible to your team.

Update the status

Move ideas through statuses. Voters get an email each time.

? Questions

Feature Voting questions

Can users vote anonymously?
Yes, if you allow it. You can also require a login or use single sign-on from your product so votes are linked to real accounts.
Are voter emails shown publicly?
Never. Only your product team can see who voted. The public board shows a first name or a chosen display name.
Can we hide vote counts?
Yes. Some teams hide counts so users vote honestly rather than following the crowd. Your team still sees every number.
Can we have more than one board?
Yes. Field plans include multiple boards per product, such as one for customers and one for your beta group.
